Hyperbaric oxygen therapy (HBOT) involves breathing oxygen in a chamber at pressure above normal atmospheric pressure. It is used for selected medical conditions, including certain difficult-to-heal wounds and radiation-related tissue injuries. The strength of evidence varies by condition. General wellness, athletic performance and longevity goals should be discussed separately from established medical uses. Your physician will review the reason for treatment, alternatives and potential risks before recommending a plan.
If you are considering HBOT alongside an athletic recovery plan, discuss your injury, activity level and existing care. Expected benefits and the available evidence depend on the specific concern.
Bring specific wellness goals to your consultation. Your physician can explain the evidence, uncertainties and alternatives so you can make an informed decision about treatment.
HBOT may be used alongside standard wound care for selected difficult-to-heal wounds. Suitability depends on the wound type, circulation and other clinical factors.
Persistent pain deserves a diagnosis and an individualized care plan. Discuss any proposed HBOT use with your physician and how it would fit with your existing treatment.
Selected compromised grafts or flaps and radiation-related tissue injuries are recognized uses of HBOT. Routine recovery after every surgery is not the same indication; coordinate care with your treating clinician.
Cognitive symptoms and concussion concerns require appropriate medical assessment. Ask about the evidence and limitations for any proposed neurological use of HBOT.
The OxyRegen Hyperbaric Recovery Plan
Medical-grade HBOT up to 3.0 ATA, personalized to your goals, with flexible session plans for healing, recovery, performance, and whole-body wellness.
OxyRegen Medical offers private-pay HBOT with single-session and multi-session packages. Your physician’s recommendation determines whether treatment is appropriate and how many sessions may be needed. A package size is not a promise of a particular result.
The 20-session package is $3,795, equivalent to $189.75 per session when purchased as a package. The single-session price is $297. Ask our office about current availability and package terms before booking.
A four-session package for patients whose individualized plan includes a short course of HBOT. Session frequency and any additional treatment depend on your physician’s recommendation.
4 Sessions
A ten-session package for an individualized course of HBOT. Review the recommended schedule and expected reassessment points with your care team.
10 Sessions
A twenty-session package for patients whose care plan calls for a longer course. Treatment needs and results vary; your physician will guide the schedule and follow-up.
20 Sessions
Not sure which plan is right for you?
Our team can help recommend the best option based on your goals, health history, treatment needs, and comfort level with Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy.
Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy recommendations vary by patient. HBOT is not intended to guarantee a specific outcome, and individual results may vary.
Your physician will review your health history, medications, current symptoms and treatment goals before recommending HBOT. Tell the team about ear or sinus problems, lung conditions, recent procedures and any implanted devices.
If treatment is appropriate, you will receive instructions about preparation, permitted items in the chamber and what to expect as pressure changes. Treatment pressure, session length and frequency are individualized; the chamber’s maximum capability of 3.0 ATA does not mean every patient is treated at that pressure.
Request an HBOT consultation to discuss suitability, possible risks and your treatment plan.
